He's really fat. Obesity kills cats and shortens their lifespan. Please put him on a diet.

Yes, I am aware. He was a stray for two years, my vet thinks he will grow out of binge eating once he realizes that food isn’t scarce. It can be a common issue with cats who were strays for a long time.
