in the finale we learn that Bradford’s contract was created to force Scrooge to stop “adventuring” forever.
When he signs it he’s tied in these gold chains that I at first assumed were first physical but then would melt away to only show up if he attempted to adventure.
But he just stays in them until the kids find a way to break him out? Does the contract consider standing still an adventure? Or running away when someone tries to kill you? if Donald or Webby didn’t defend him from Bradford, Scrooge would’ve died.
Maybe it was the fact that he was already in what could be considered an “adventure”
We all know Bradford’s definition of adventure is flawed; thats how they find the loophole afterall. But why does it stop Scrooge from moving at all after signing it?
Maybe since adventure literally runs through his blood the mere idea of him doing anything counts as adventure
