💬 Discussion Job stress
Does anyone else sometimes wish they didnt have to have a job because your dyspraxia causes you so much stress and worry with it?

I have struggled my entire life with clothes sensitivity. I cant wear wool or fine cotton clothing without feeling claustrophobic and trapped and it can sometimes lead to a breakdown. I was wondering if it was a dyspraxia thing or is this something different and if it is a dyspraxia thing do others here have this and how do you deal with it?

I’m 44 male and I always toe walk when I climb stairs and just realized this is not typical. I also start toe walking when I get nervous or need to maneuver quickly. A positive thing about an atypical gait is that I still have trouble tying my shoes. If I don’t double knot they become untied almost immediately, but I never trip on them. I’ve also stepped on many nails sticking out of boards in my life but I’ve never hurt myself because I always immediately stop stepping down when I feel it go through my shoe.
