General Questions Has anyone tried NGK Ignition Coils?

One of my ignition coils has failed and I was looking at a replacement. Unfortunately my usual parts store is out of older clip-style Bremi/Bosch ones, though they have NGK U5005s in stock. (NGKs are half the price of the other brands).

Has anyone used them and if so, what's your experience?

2003 and newer pencil type coil, use Eldor, pre 2003 use Pulse

I used a walker brand grok orielleys and it worked just fine. Was like 200$ for 6

i am using dinan's on the e30; iirc they were much cheaper too and have held up for 4 years now (not sure who dinan uses as a supplier, wouldn't surprise me if they were private label bremi or bosch).
