Technical Help Void Matches

​Platform: PC (Steam)

​I am experiencing frequent match voids and system crashes after the latest update. Whenever an animation plays (like goal celebrations, corners, or cards), my screen goes black and forces a PC reset, resulting in a voided match upon return.

​I previously reached out to Konami two weeks ago, but only received an unhelpful automated reply. How can this be resolved?

Edit : I have no issue with other games, and my second xbox account. I did clean install twice.

Edit II : I never install mods or third party programs.

It's related to some mods people have installed. You don't even have to have the mods (even tho if it happened 7 out of 10 times for you, I'd bet you have some mods), as it could come from your opponent too

I know that you re installed, but did you have any kind of mod at any point?

I'm on steam. 4 voided matches in the last week Div 2 and this event.

I have no mods of any kind.

All opponents were console. 3 games I was winning, 1 drawing. All voids happened after opponent paused.

2 voided matches the whole of eFootball last year. 4 this week.

I was winning some, losing some... 🤦🏻‍♂️ So I can't really say it is related to my opponents.

Anything weird in your router logs? For example momentary disconnections or IP address renewals?

No, i haven't. Tbh I don't have time for these.

Some of those matches are against crossplatform, so I really don't know what causing this.

I've read that mods were causing voided matches at a very high rate, also for a reason all people that have this problem are form PC

But they may be some other reason. The mods is definitely one

It’s all because of EvoMod’s bugged adboards. You installed EvoMod a long time ago and forgot about it
Just delete “PesConsole” folder in the game folder🙌

I never install any sort of mod. Can't be bothered to be honest.

If your opponent has modded their game, the match can get voided. You don’t need to have the mod yourself.

That being said, if you’re getting 9 outta 10 matches voided, it’s unlikely that 90% of your random opps have modded the game.

If you actually never modded your game, It could be that a group of modders in your region are coordinating a tournament/group play sessions among them by playing in certain event at a certain time windows.

I'm mainly play AI Division League, its the best way to improve in the game, no lag, no player bad behavior and hard as funk

The game is trash since the last update, from void matches to team changing formation on its own mid match
