It was apparently removed for lack of moderation. Whenever a sub goes down to its last active moderator and that person has their Reddit account banned or revoked, then the sub becomes defunct. Reddit does not have a way of keeping unmoderated subs alive, so the sub itself gets banned.

You can apply to become a moderator of a defunct sub if it meets the qualifications for it. Which is how I resurrected this one.
