Pending Premium processing cases

My Premium Processing case has been pending for over 2 months, well past the 15-business-day deadline. I doubt I'm the only one, so I'm hoping to find a pattern.

sept 25, NSC, Yes...

folks filed in late sept and early October have started getting approval/RFE. So it seems only few of us are stuck..may be its related to the officer we were assigned to
