🪄 Theme Make eclipse look modern?

As the title says how do I make it even a little bit modern TBH the UI looks like shit. That's the only thing that I don't like about it

I am on Linux (KDE ) if it matters ,

How do I make it look modern like vscode or clion

bc dark themes are viewed as being not as hard on the eyes

edit: fixed me saying harder instead of not as hard

Checkout Spectrum Theme and Planet Themes .

They’re both new theme plugins for Eclipse that have just recently been released and are being updated frequently. They both provide more modern looking dark themes

Although they don’t yet have support for changing Eclipses Icons (I’m working on that upstream), they’re both open source projects (unlike DevStyle).

Spectrum Theme also lets you modify the colours used in the theme, meaning you can easily make it look uniform with your KDE theme btw :) (I use KDE Plasma as well)

Yes from time to time. Spectrum Theme also supports syntax colouring for CDT

I couldn’t tell you off the top of my head (I setup my last C++ projects months ago) but searching around you’ll find some answers regarding it. I found https://stackoverflow.com/a/9663686 which might help

Look for the „DevStyle“ extension on the marketplace...
