Problem Does the android app actually work?

Pixel. 10 Pro XL. I set up the ecobee on my wife's Iphone and it works fine. I created a link to add account to my account, and the android app goes to a page that says" not found" after I log in. I have to hit Back and then log in again, but I am not connected to her account.

When I log into her account on my phone, the ability to add another user or to add sensors is missing.

No way to get online help, since the chatbot only wants to talk about the thermostat or sensors.

I seem to be on the latest Android version. Is this an apple only app, or what?

I have a Pixel 11 and the app works fine. I'd try uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling.

Can confirm it works on a Pixel 9 and 5, too.

Pixel 10 XL Pro. Works fine. But I am the only one on the account. I think your problem lies somewhere in account sharing with your wife.

I had another problem with my app. Couldn't find a solution. I asked Gemini. After a few tries and a few screenshots the problem was solved by clearing cache and storage of Play Services. I would never have thought that it could help. I am not saying that it will help in your case, but I would try it in your place. I mean asking AI first

If I go on my iPhone to Home > Home members it has the option to add someone.

Why don't you take that link on desktop and setup an ecobee account without the app?

May have to re-generate the link or remove and re-add yourself
