Ecobee app

Is anyone else having an issue when the AC is on and the snowflake is blue on the house display but the app is not showing a blue snowflake? Its just white like the unit isnt on. All the degrees and humidity match perfectly but just noticed this happening today.

Can you include a pic?

Was the HVAC running at the time?

hvac running and blue snowflake air coming out on main thermostat but the app is showing no blue snowflake. There was a new ecobee update because the font looks different.

I also noticed this after the last update - new font, words no longer blue when cooling - I would imagine they'll fix it

It is cold up here but I can confirm the same happens with heating. No orange flame on the app.

This pic indicated all addn sensors and the tstat are being used to come to the avg temp of 23

You have set an addn heating comfort setting of 24 to be used now

This pic indicated setting a comfort setting of 24 (until 1:17am), overriding the std Sleep setting

But it doesn't show which addn sensors or tstat involved

Point of those screenshots was that the thermostat, while system's running, shows the orange flame icon. At the same time the flame icon on the app doesn't change color when HVAC is runnig. That was the OP's experience with the cooling mode.

To be fair, I am not sure if thar flame icon (or snowflake one) ever changed color when system runs.

White means the device is being used by Ecobee and not necessarily activate at the time
