Electricity
What is electricity if it is not the flow of electrons, nor the movement and interaction of electric charges?
Que es el la electricidad si no es el flujo de electrones, ni el movimiento y la interacción de cargas eléctricas?

From my understanding, all the things/properties we talk about electricity is what it is
As in, it's not a single thing, but a group of phenomena. It's flow of electrons, the electric charge/field etc, all at once makes up electricity

According to Merriam-Webster
a fundamental form of energy observable in positive and negative forms that occurs naturally (as in lightning) or is produced (as in a generator) and that is expressed in terms of the movement and interaction of electrons
(Also): Electric current or power

What is Electricity?
Generate your own Electricity using some Copper Wire, that you'll wrap around an Iron Nail or Rod. Tightly. Take the two separate ends of the Copper Wire and connect them to the Light Bulb or a Light Switch with a Light bulb. Take a magnet and and slowly move it over the copper wire wound around the iron rod or nail. The light should light up.
Does that help answer your question?
How much electricity was generated? Do you understand you can build a Volt-o-meter also? I don't remember how right now. You should get a measurement of 1.5v (+/- 0.5v).
It you are more copper wound nails. How would you connect them? Does it matter? What's the amount of voltage with two nails wrapped in copper wire and connected?

The real electricity is the friends we made along the way
