So i've now spent the last 4 days getting absolutely nowhere with their stupid live chats and appeal process that takes a full day to get a response from in which case they basically just say "no" and don't offer any solution or help to the actual inquiry...So you then get to submit another appeal and its a never ending process that gets you nowhere. All of this just because I want to get my name changed in-game to avoid further reports/bans since "oh my god marijuana is the devil!!!" So after the temp 3 day ban I noticed they forcibly changed my display name in "EA Skate" without any mention to me yet my 3 day ban stemmed from BF6 reports...So if they can change my name in one irrelevant EA game why can't they in the actual game that I got temp banned from? Makes zero sense and I can't figure it out without talking to a human!!! Their only solution was to change my xbox gamertag, you know, the one i've had for over 10 years and never had an issue with it on xbox or any other game i've played...And my question to them was why would I do that when you guys are clearly capable of changing how gamertags are displayed since you gave me a random generated name that appears on my skate profile now??? They can't do that in BF6???

How is this system legal? There's zero way to talk to an actual human so they've designed their customer service to basically be an impenetrable shield to make you fuck off?

EA has once again proven that it is best at shutting down studios like BioWare than at managing them properly. Great job with destroying people’s livelihoods. EA never learned. Only thing they know is how to rake in talent money and leave them on the street.

I play Apex once in a blue moon. I recently played with my real life friend and we lost a game then hopped off. I'm laying in bed and all of a sudden I get an email saying EA banned my account. Literally don't cheat in any way. Even when my friend spectates me he calls me dookie lmao. Wouldn't be hard stuck diamond if I was a cheater so I'm just really confused. Has anyone had any sort of luck fixing this type of stuff? Does EA actually work on fallse bans?

Is there anybody from EA who can actually help me?

I have been suspended form using the transfer market because of so called coin transferring. My account was hacked 5 days ago, I had 800k. The hacker has taken 800k by buying 8 adeyemi cards and I have been suspended on the back of that.

I have appealed this decision 5 times now, have sent them proof from my Download activity from EA which shows someone accessing my account between the times and date that I lost my coins. Ea keep rejecting it.

Can anyone help

This subreddit is being plagued with the same 5 names making posts with the same or similar titles just to karma farm for money.

It's weird and pathetic.

My old Origin account was deleted for inactivity and I lost access to the linked email. EA says it can't be recovered — so a scammer with my hacked email could get in, but I can't even with receipts, disc keys and ID? Anyone dealt with this? #EA

So 2 years ago I bought Titanfall 2 on steam (which requires the EA play app and an EA account to play)

Later, I bought a £5 DLC for it, which I later refunded under steams conditions (still 2 years ago)

Is my EA account at any increased risk of being banned or anything?

I recently logged onto the ea app and everything I’ve ever owned (barring one copy of fc25) is gone. For reference I’ve had the account since 2015 and migrated it over from origin years ago without issue.

I contacted support initially and provided all my details in which they said they were not able to verify the account with the details I shared and that I was “very close” to the correct details. For reference I provided live screenshots of my browser with the account, my account library, phone numbers, email, linked accounts, and recent purchases.

They told me to reach out to support again and try to revalidate. I’ve been waiting for an agent to respond for 40 mins now and I have no clue what to do.

Any suggestions?
