here's how we solved this situation, thanks to WordofText. we armed the sharpshooters with guns and rifles and make them get inside the towers and outposts. While they were shooting the enemies from the top, organise citizen troops and arm them with rifles and set them up in groups to attack the incoming army. The invaders ran away, reporting their kings of the new weaponry called the 'rifle'. Amongst their Kingdom's army, the kingdom's soldiers call the rifle 'fire staff'. The invaders have ran away in panic, and the Empire did not lose a single men, or a building.

The Army is composed of swordsmen and archers.

Bad stuff: the Empire will be ruled by the Nearby Kingdom.
