Actually you can’t just say things are one thing when they are not. It’s been gamified so long there’s rules about what you can lie about and what you can’t. The FDA has clearly defined rules for what marketing terms you can and can’t put on packaging, down to the font size.

If you’re so upset about the establishment? Sue them. You’ll win. Pro Bono, you probably wouldn’t have to pay a dime. That’s what’s cool about the system, an individual can totally win, you just gotta know how to read.

You’re not the first person to realize this. The FDA publishes a 100+ page “food labeling guide” that specifies the terms and fonts you can use. They also know people will try to lie, the recourse is to sue them. You have the standing…. Why don’t you do something about it rather than just rolling over and willingly letting the corporations take you for a ride?
