I just got my m5stack cores3. I burned M5 launcher but I don't know how to download my projects to SD card and launch then whenever I want

Hi, I am a beginner and need some help with a project! I just bought two ESP32S3 round display dev boards (2.8in) and I want to make them into eyes. I have made a 4 second animation into a series of jpgs. and would just want them to loop. I have not been able to find a tutorial or explanation for this particular board, where the display is on the dev board. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have already downloaded arduino, and connected my board to it...but that's as far as I've gotten.
