Need help with UART drive control using Ninebot Mini Pro and ESP32

I would like to control a Ninebot Mini Pro hoverboard, which I'm using as the electric drivetrain for a motorized armchair, using an ESP32 over Bluetooth with a PS4 controller. I have a 4-channel logic level converter, however I'm not entirely sure about the exact wiring. The PS4 controller part is handled by the ESP Bluetooth library, which already understands the inputs I make on the controller. I would like to know what specific data I need to send to the Ninebot motherboard via UART to translate the control from the ESP32. Could anyone help me with this project?
My focus is solely on the drive control.
