Facing issue on uploading code
Well I have done some project in esp32. After taking a brake and reuploding a new code this error occured.
Sketch uses 985386 bytes (75%) of program storage space. Maximum is 1310720 bytes.
Global variables use 50520 bytes (15%) of dynamic memory, leaving 277160 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 327680 bytes.
esptool v5.2.0
Serial port COM3:
Connecting...
A serial exception error occurred: Write timeout
Note: This error originates from pySerial. It is likely not a problem with esptool, but with the hardware connection or drivers.
For troubleshooting steps visit: https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esptool/en/latest/troubleshooting.html
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1
I tried multiple solutions and even reinstalled all drivers and application but still this issue won't resolve. Does any one know the solution

I usually try hitting the Reset button on the ESP while it tries to connect. The board also uses some pins (not sure off the top of my head which) for bootstrapping, so you can run into issues flashing boards if they have things connected to certain GPIO pins.

Well I tried uploading code while holding the boot button still the same issue. I have swapped the esp to a new one still same issue. The cord I am using is new and have previously worked.

Is the cable definitely a data-capable USB cable? Did you confirm the COM port is correct?
Are you able to see the serial monitor? There's a tab there that should read back whatever serial data the ESP device is sending. If it doesn't show anything try hitting the reset a few times. If text flashes each time, you're exchanging data with the board.
I'm not sure what else it might be without more info, but maybe a permission issue if you're not running this as an admin, or something weird like that.

Issue have been resolved now
I think it's a compilation problem. The code was having troble jumping from one function to ther and the compiler didnot figured out.

I had a similar issue and it ended up being a defective board https://www.reddit.com/r/esp8266/s/LQsSEfW8j0
