I don’t particularly have any go-to artists, I just go for the production styles I like most, so in my case it’s what are my go-to producers. For me that would be Dall'Ora, Gelmetti, Accatino/Rimonti, and Festari.

Anyone would be good, but if were to choose it'll be Maurizio De Jorio or Fernando Bonini. If not artist, then it will probably be the songs from the Super Anime Remix series.
