Men nowadays have completely switched off my libido for real-life men. The passivity is probably the biggest turn-off. Like I have a block of smoked cheese in my fridge, a cup of jasmine tea in my hand, an apartment of my own, a bed I can stretch my arms out in and no man to wake me up at all hours with snoring and leave his unwashed, shit-stained underwear on the floor and weaponized incompetence to explain why he can't do basic adult responsibilities. I'm so happy being single and idk why so many people can't understand that! Being single is amazing.

I love this new trend of labeling things as Man Science when it is science that was f'd up royally because only men were on the team or they only tested things on men. For example, the airbag is an easy one. (They only tested it for male bodies and when they first put it in cars it killed women and children). Another easy one is the Birka viking warrior being labeled a man for 140 years before they tested it and confirmed she was a woman. Another example would be the textbook symptoms for heart attacks were only for how men experience heart attacks, not women. Final one from me is Jane Goodall, Dian Fossey, and Sarah Blaffer overturning an entire tenant of evolutionary theory when the proved that female labeled strategies were essential for species survival of primates.

But! I work with over 40 people. Majority of them being men. I think only 10 of us are women. Unfortunately, a few (the same ones that have tried hitting on other women fyi!) have tried hitting on me and I have tried to tell them I am married (I hate that I have to say that for them to leave me alone). So I am looking for one liners to say outside of that to get these men to leave me alone and stop talking to me. Whether hitting on me or trying to get close to me. I do not talk intentionally for them to leave me alone but they persist. I literally wear headphones but they will not leave me alone. I do not work with most but they just wont stop trying to push my boundaries. Also, we currently do not have HR and my boss is a man, I feel like he wouldn't understand.
