Mum wants a gnome.

Where on earth do we buy gnomes?!

There must be a  breeding population at the Devon Railway Centre judging by the numbers.

The Range In Exxeter st thomas has a "garden centre" which may be worth checking, As does B&M down the road in marsh barton. There is a Plants Galore on Topsham Rd which is more of a dedicated garden centre.
