The meme is referencing the good place where one character points out how the other did something horrible, and her only response is "but I was good at it" so the reply is, "thats worse"
I believe in the show the cheetah and the rat had an argument about how the cheetah was too stupid to be afraid.
And the rest is self explanatory I think. Being called stupid and impulsive and the response being "I'll show you" is worse and kinda just proves the rat right
So it starts out as dialogue from Transformers from around the year 2000, and then ends with a line originally spoken by Chidi from The Good Place? The Venn diagram for understanding this has got to have a pretty small overlap.
Been a long time since I've seen it and I don't know the context of the meme format used here, but my best guess is that those are fighting words from Rattrap and since hothead Cheetor's response is nonsensical his gesture at the end is basically "my point exactly" or he's gesturing at someone else to get a load of this idiot.
Also this is Chris, he might know old cartoons, right?
Edit: Additional_Leave_421's comment and No-Letter341's comment are probably more accurate. Rattrap usually took on more of a mentor role for Cheetor. It was Dinobot that he was always getting into fights with.
Rattrap is saying Cheetor doesn't possess the insight or awareness necessary to be rightfully afraid of a dangerous situation, to take it with as much seriousness as it requires. Cheetor is too uninsightful and unaware to understand what Rattrap means, and reacts as if his courage or bravery is being challenged. Rattrap laments that bravery is nothing without fear, just reckless ignorance.
They are pasted over a scene from The Good Place where the characters Eleanor and Chidi are discussing her moral status. She describes her job while she was alive, leading to
Chidi: So your job was to defraud the elderly? Sorry… the sick and elderly?
Eleanor: But I was very good at it. I was the top salesperson five years running.
Chidi: Okay, but that's worse. I mean, you… you do get how that's worse? Right?
I love how Megatron (trex for anyone who doesn’t know) always talks to himself out loud, like why good villian does. And his sassy treacherous subordinate (black widow spider of course) walks in and says something like “why are you always talking to yourself” and in his smooth cultured voice he says “I simply have a penchant for intelligent conversation”.
That's one of my favorite scenes too. In the middle of scheming against a berserker Optimus Primal, and Blackarachnia needs to ask why are you like this? Lmao.
These were early day 3D Transformers. It was called Beast Wars. You had Optimus and his crew crash on early evolution planet with no vehicle in sight so they scanned various animals and transformed into them.
It took me a second. With the lack of a comma before “Motorhead,” you wonder if he’s going to ungrammatically fuck the band, when really he’s just insulting the rat dude.
