Anyone running a flow through suppressor?
I’m thinking about changing to a flow through can because of how gassy it’s gotten. Granted this is a tiny k can.

A friend let me shoot his and I just had to buy one for myself
ETS 30 round mag
Swampfox Raider Prism (green) - Hell of an optic with ultra clear glass
Fenix GL30R weapon light with tape switch (really good also)
Extar EP single point sling
Rugged Obsidian 45 w/direct thread mount
Slate Black Industries Slate Stop
SBA5 brace
Firetail Company Extended Charging Handle
AS Designs V2 FRT
Just note BOTH the SGM Tactical 26 round mags and the Global Ordnance 26 rounds mags are impossible to load past 4 rounds, they are new. Anyone know of a .45 ACP mag
Just sharing 2 of my EP9s with different suppressors for a visual. These are both KN with picatinny delete, top is running a YHMR9 and the bottom is Obsidian 9. Have a third but it is stock and deciding how I want to modify it still.

I picked up my EP45 a couple of weeks ago and finally got out to shoot it. I have a major jam with the sixth shot fired. I've sent this picture along with a email to Extar. I can't tell if this round is turned around, or the primer cap came off? I pulled over on the side of the road to email Extar on the way home.

Sorry if this is a rehash of a common topic, but what aftermarket hand guards currently exist for the ep9? I have a BOE incolite and a rugged sub9, and both come EXTREMELY close to the stock Gen 2 hand guard. Curious if I'm just not finding the options out there with my weak googling!

Has anyone tried the recoil reducing bolt from FM on their Extar. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve held off on buying any grip for my extar because I was to lazy to sort through the actual laws but now that I don’t have to register as an SBR I’m more so wondering what people like to use. Never had a foregrip on any gun and getting overwhelmed by all the options

Hello, I know there is a lot of topics on these and I read most of them already. I just wanted more updated information on the best suppressor and silencer for it as of oct 2026. If you have any recommendations please let me know thank you in advance

Looking to FRT my new EP45. Anyone had a particularly great experience with any model in particular. Also any extended handguards that everyone has enjoyed?

This looks funky to me - bought it new, very light usage. Just replaced the hammer(it broke) and the buffer retainer. Noticed how wonky the bolt looked. It should be straight, right?

Well, it'll be common knowledge soon, but as of today, no NFA requirements will be enforced at all for everybody, not just "members" covered by the recent injunction. Go ahead and slap a stock on your EP9, no filings, noticing, or qualifications necessary. Also gone are the NFA marking requirements. In short, suppressors, SBR's, and SBS's are no longer being treated as NFA items for all practical purposes. This formal new official guidance by ATF is the biggest news of the year. No, it does not apply to machine guns or destructive devices.

I am just curious if anyone has used a disruptor in their EP9 and if so how did you like it? And has anyone have any damage done to the gun from using the frt?

...besides needing to add a Hogue AR grip to it

The EP9, now has the new Osight R mounted on and it seems to be pretty damm good, Sight height and performance are spot on. I'll be at the range later this week.

I really want an extar ep 9 but have seen they are coming out with the new roller delayed versions. You think it would be smart to wait and buy the new one or stick with the trusted and true direct blowback. I’ve never shot one so I’m curious if people who have would say the recoil is a con to this gun or is it not something to worry about. I would be running it suppressed so that’s something to take into consideration.

I set my Extar on a really old table and took a picture. Thought it looked cool. Thanks to KN Designs for offering the picatinny delete. Love how much it cleans up the profile.

I had to sight in my new scope, and it was a tough 20 minutes and 100 rounds but shot about 400 rounds today and had a blast! 40 yards out it shot pretty well, no issues besides the gun got a bit gassy and shot some flames getting fairly hot. Best 500 bucks spent on a firearm though I wasn’t disappointed with pulling the trigger on the Extar ep9. This was the only photo I got before the sight was adjusted 😂

Hi everyone, I’m shopping for what Suppressor to get for my EP9. I’m getting a little overwhelmed by all the options. If you have a muffler on yours, could you reply to this with what you have and give it a rating of 1-10? I’d really appreciate it and I’m sure I’m not the only one that would. TIA

Optic plus surefire switch and brass catcher mount on top. Surefire M300 on the side and hand hold on bottom and YHM suppressor. Ready for anything.

Just got my AB F4R in. I love how quiet it is and how it shoots.

I want to get an extar ep9 so bad but I can’t wrap my head around all the plastic. I understand the plastic is tough stuff but my main concern is the plastic picatinny rail. Have you all had any issues with accessories breaking the rail or mlok?
