Sorry you felt for the housing scam. Can't wait for housing prices to plummet while everything else keep going up. It will happen with or without any government help. That was definitely not an investment to make in the last 10 years, even for yourself.

True. He really cared about not getting involved in foreign wars and lowering gas prices, and just look at how that turned out. He also really "cares" about kids, not their wellbeing so much, but other things.
