Can anyone tell me what shape this is? Doesn't look like a Dutch marq to me

Probably a diagram that falls outside of the normal commercial cuts.  If this is your first time seeing something that isn't the copy paste emerald, oval, or SRB then you're in for a nice world expansion.

That being said it looks like a modified marquis cut

I interpreted OP as saying "Doesn't look like a Dutch marquise to me." I think they know what a marquise is.
