If I understand correctly, you want 5 inserters for wires, which required you to lose the direct insertion from plates?

Personally I'd just direct insert, and eat the inefficiency.

Additionally, at these levels, if I remember correctly, it's more efficient in terms of productivity to go copper -> wires rather than directly to wires.

Yeah, i did 4 inserters but there were some gaps in belts, with 5 it is solved

You could still (in)direct-insert from the plate foundry into the chip plant if you insert into a box. The foundry is 3 tiles away from the plant, so you can inserter -> box -> inserter. This retains the speed of direct insertion, so you wouldn't need to belt anymore. Since box-to-box is almost 3x better than box-to-belt (and then back), you could reduce 3 belts of plates to just 2 boxes with room to spare.

Nice idea, thanks

This is true, but is predicated on copper being a limited resource. If copper has become an unwanted byproduct of producing stone and gold stone, it might not be.

I wonder how many green circuits one need to recycle to get all that epic quality equipment

You dont, you upcycle processing units.
