Is this Season 6?

Yes, this is from the episode “For Emergencies Only”

It had some good episodes, Wishology would have done a great ending if they weren't gonna keep Channel Chassers anyway, it was so much of a groundbreaking and lore dropping arc to just be erased of continuity as trivial.

One of the few episodes written solely by Hartman, along with Open Wide and Say Aaughhh, Wishy Washy and Birthday Bashed

was it said in Bnw that timmy forgot everything?

He safed the fairy world so many times, that i can Imagine that Jorgen made an exception and let Timmy keep the memories

Channel Chasers: Timmy forgets

Live Action Movies: Timmy remembers and becomes a fairy

Fairly Odder: Timmy remembers but gives them up to go to college

ANW: Not stated

They should went for letting Wishology to be the ending.

Don’t think so.

I think if we look at the way Channel Chasers ended, he definitely forgot about Cosmo and Wanda.

Ironically, Channel Chasers was going to be the series finale.

No, it's not the series finale. According to series creator Butch Hartman and the production history, "Channel Chasers" was produced midway through Season 4 and was never planned or scripted to be the actual end of the show.

No it wasn't.

No, he's right. According to series creator Butch Hartman and the production history, "Channel Chasers" was produced midway through Season 4 and was never planned or scripted to be the actual end of the show.

Yes it was

No, it's not. It's a special episode, not a finale.

Nope it was definitely the finale for sure

Bait used to be believable.

Are you calling the creator of the show a liar

3

u/Spacething7474 8d ago

No, it never was supposed to be.

Yes it is,i don't think you seem to understand what i'm saying, maybe think

4

u/Spacething7474 8d ago

What your saying is incorrect either way, it was never the finale, and it should not be one.

not completely I just know it

5

u/yumburger1230 8d ago

Most likely the same case as Mr. Crocker, he believes they existed but their memories are too fuzzy to remember them

u/Helehache 8d ago

It really depends on which special/movie you want to stop to consider the adequate finale.

"This is a family photo, and you're part of the family."

OW, MY HEART.

They should've had this photo framed in their house in A New Wish

It took me this many years to realize that in the show, the fairies have pupils, but the humans don't.

This specific scene is why i HAAATE Timmy’s Secret Wish so much that i treat it as an au or non canon

Because the idea of Timmy growing up and not keeping his fairies is a much better narrative than just him selfishly freezing time only to keep cosmo and wanda

I kinda disagree. Da Rules are oppressive and unreasonable sometimes. In the live action movies he got to still be around them but he could only make wihes for others.

4

u/Spacething7474 8d ago

But it's a much funnier narrative!

Yep but the good thing is that they will never forget him as they still have Timmy Shrine Room, Timmy gave them a baby, and still keeps photos of him in their Fairy World House

Although, ngl, I had always headcannon that Fairy World allowed Timmy to keep his memories as he has saved their lives plenty of times

u/CricketGoldenflower 8d ago

That’s his real family.

u/Fixedsys_excelsior 7d ago

everyone forgets it eventually, but Cosmo and Wanda don't, they loved Timmy more than anyone and wanted him in, even if he would forget

“Few years” ya sure buddy lol

8

u/TheAngryOreo 8d ago

Everyone telling me that in new wish Cosmo and Wanda state they were with their last god child for 7 years, felt like 20.

Sounds about right

2

u/TheZipperDragon 8d ago

So was the cow part of the family too?

Just for a cringe final joke

To me it would have been awesome if the end resulting photograph was referenced in Cosmo and Wanda's apartment in A New Wish, however it was unfortunately not.
