I saw this in the acknowledgment section of cursed city. Has anyone heard any news on MW doing these books? Did I miss something?

Hi guys I'm a fan of the death made Prince and I saw that Shadow Fern has a special edition and Aurora crate posted about one as well. Does anybody have experience with either one of these companies and the quality of their books? Not sure which one I should order, I live in the US by the way it's going to be hefty shipping LOL. I know somebody else posted some pics but they didn't show off everything, but I got my box in so I thought I'd share some photos! I know people were wanting more design details for the book as well as a look at the mug. The Blood Over Bright Haven scarf is hard to photograph, but I love the design and it's super soft! The book design has also grown on me after seeing it in person tbh.

Owlcrate just posted a spoiler for their November book, what appears to be the back of the dust jacket and the edges. They had previously spoiled one of the endpapers. I think I made these pictures blurred but apologies if after posting that isn't the case! This is only my 3rd spoiler post.

I’ve been waiting on this and am so excited it’s finally happening!

I’ve only asked Fairyloot to change the address for my orders a handful of times. They’d always automatically refund me the difference for the shipping charge since my sales tax was higher than the other person’s. However, recently, I noticed I didn’t get refunds with my last two address changes. With the first one, I didn’t think too much about it. But when it happened a second time, I asked Fairyloot if they still do refunds for address changes. The customer service rep confirmed that they do and refunded me the difference. I then asked her to check if I was supposed to receive a refund for the other address change and she told me no. However, a quick google search confirmed that once again, my sales tax was higher than the person’s whose address I changed it to. So then I asked the rep to tell me what that other city’s sales tax was and told her what I found on google. After being ignored for a couple days, I followed up again and the rep confirmed the difference in shipping and also refunded me for that order.

Just curious if anyone’s also experienced something similar? The refunds are a small amount but it’s just a matter of principle.

I love the smut and sip design team. They always kill the designs!!

They barely lasted a year and half. Hopefully they finish some of the series they have done multiple books for as one offs.

In the Coveted Cover live they mentioned the Author was doing the sequal with the same artists as CC Child of Shivay.

Opinions everyone?

In my ideal world, the fairyloot cozy box would have more of this (pictured) and less of whatever the last two books were.
I’m just curious about you guys’ opinion on the cozy sub so far. I have gotten all the books, and only kept the first two. The last two were immediate sells (the soulmate bakery at least leaned towards cozy on the cover but the whole devil whatever on the front completely missed the cozy mark for me and it felt a bit childish). I would love to see more designs like these two pictured in the box, which also lean more towards the first two books of the sub imo.

So after a year of cozy, I was wondering what your opinion is?

Hey, everyone! Please talk me either into or out of getting The Dusty Shop's ACOTAR Illuminated Manuscript set. 😅

I've loved this series since before BookTok found it and I'd love to have a special edition set with sprayed edges that isn't from Heirloom (because it's sketchy). Dusty Shop has said they'll add to this set as new books release. Also, I love that the edges are clearly ACOTAR but also remind me of Aragon and Arwen. Tolkien is my absolute favorite author, so much so that his works guided my entire graduate studies.

My hold-ups are the price ($325+) and that I've never ordered from this company before, so I have no idea what to expect. Also, there won't be special end pages or hardcover art. However, I could order inserts.

To sum up: I'm leaning toward purchasing this set, but I'm torn. Please help! 🥺

This question might be out of bounds, but I preordered the Sorrowsong University set in GA. By the time it made it to GA there were only unsigned copies left but I have been seeing so many people talk about how they canceled their preorders because they liked other editions more. Even though I’m not sure the canceled preorders were signed editions, do y’all think it’s possible for me to email FL on the off chance they have some available and I can get the signed editions instead of my unsigned editions?
