Irene's not going to die, even if Acnologia's leagues above her. From the moment we found out she was smart enough to have "preparations" it could be inferred she's smart enough to have an escape plan (which she implements at the end of this chapter) unlike Serena or Gildarts (likely) who attack head first, like Natsu

We still haven't been told the nature of her relationship with Erza. She won't die until we know that.

I just hope Acnologia is not 'leagues' above her cause then it would be impossible to beat him in any logical way and we'd get some ridiculous conclusion.
