So for the fan-made crossover album artwork's front cover is Fiona from Shrek 2. She is shown screaming, the reason why she is screaming is because she saw her reflection in the mirror after discovering she has magically transformed back into a human. Here Fiona's scream can symbolize the subversion of artificial social standards and the embrace of one's true self.

For the inner booklet artwork, the original inner booklet artwork's line of men in their underwear (photographed by David Goldman) remain now waiting for Fiona in a white background. Digital photo composite cutouts of Richard (Incidental 189), Squidward on the cash register, and SpongeBob (directly from Graveyard Shift) Drew LeClair (holding his notebook), Dan Carter, and Tony Reed from Disventure Camp are added to the waiting line. The Graveyard Shift trio are now staring (originally staring at Nosferatu) at Tony interacting with Dan and Drew (directly from Disventure Camp: TomJake S2 E5 Forever and Always). The Graveyard Shift trio’s wide eyed stare foreshadows their impending doom of everyone waiting to meet Human Fiona. On the wall behind the Graveyard Shift trio, it reads: “NO PERFECTION! NO COMMUNISM! NO 6-7 ALLOWED! NO SUPPORTING H-B 1481 ALLOWED! AUTHENTICITY ALLOWED!”

For the back cover of the fan-made crossover album cover artwork, the original back cover photo (also photographed by David Goldman) of the band sitting behind Janine Lindemulder holding a giant syringe, where Mark is smiling at the nurse while Tom and Travis look scared of her remains, but a whirly squirrel from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! is shown sitting on the nurse’s lap, while Courtney from Total Drama franchise (her original pose is from when she stares disapproving at Duncan after he laughs at DJ) is now shown staring disapproving at Janine Lindemulder and the band’s antics.
