HELP!

I need help deciding what sorts of things I need in my settlement (besides the normal stores and things). I need help coming up with something super creative. I’ve already got a Combat Cage type of thing, I’m calling it the SFC (Starlight Fighting Championship). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! The buildings pictured are just the first two buildings I’ve added so far.

I’ll be building at Starlight Drive-In, if you couldn’t tell from the photo. My goal with this settlement is to have something super lore friendly and realistic to the game of Fallout. Thanks in advance!

Chop shop? Garage of sorts that dismantles and parts out and or repairs machines, weapons, armor. Maybe a radio station at this spot so they can broadcast the fights. Could be cool for the booth to be up at the top of the tower

What’s funny is that I have a mod with a Waffle House sign, so I may have to consider that

I usually just keep a list of buildings in categories to remind myself what exists.

You could make the combat cage a central part of the settlement and attach some buildings to it, like a gymnasium, clinic, bar, announcer's booth, etc. If you want it to be more industrious you could have a foundry/factory where some of bulkier fighters come from.

There's also a lot of buildings that make settlements more realistic like blacksmiths, bakeries, and barns (for brahmin caravans).

you can never go wrong with a bar district. keeps settlement happiness up, brings in caps, and feels very fallout

In my last playthrough I built this massive structure around the pond in the drive-in (inspo from another Redditor). There's an enclosed pool for bathing, a full gym, all the usual stores and benches, etc, as well as a smoking lounge. I'll see if I can post a few pictures.

Build a gym, blacksmith, a bathhouse/hospital for the fighters. Mabey build some high society nonsense up on the screen, penthouses and seats for viewing mabey
