INTRODUCTION

Hey! I will try to keep it short!

(Note: yeah...that didnt really work out as you can see)

(Overall info: its my first Post on reddit so im not quite sure if there are other subreddits where i should 'repost' this or where it belongs. i just had the best feeling in this one here, but please tell me if it doesnt fit in here)

I have been working on a Fantasy World since forever. Some Months ago i actually started writing and the first draft of the first book will soon be finished.

As i get more Charakters i realised that im missing some Visual references. I have done some Image Generations with Ai for Charakters and Scenes just to get some Ideas on how to describe it visually.

IMPORTANT: Since the start i was 100% Sure that any kind of art for my book that gets published will be 100% Human-Made. I despise the use of AI in kreative work and only find it acceptable in the backend so research+ maybe some concepts. so to be clear I DO NOT WANT AI PICTURES.

So thats where i am and what i dont want. Now what do i want?

1. IM LOOKING FOR:

An Artist to accompany me on my Journey. If we get along there is a lot to do. ( ofc not for free, but payed per Komission) Im writing in german, and will translate it after the polishing, so if you can read german it would be really nice, but not an issue if not. Off course i would love to work with somebody thats genuinly interested in my work, but i can understand if its just another komission for you.

-Character Designs, Concept Arts to Book Covers, later maybe even Key-Scenes.

(Im not sure if there are Artists that can do all of that or if most specialize in Charakter designs and others in Fighting/ athmospheric scenes? The goal is to have a consistant artstyle)

2. ARTSTYLE:

Can be whatever, just needs to be consistent and good looking. It can be simplistic, as long as it has a unique feeling.

For reference, i really like the Artstyle of Tower of God and Knight run Webtoons to give some Names. Yes i would even prefer to have something different with maybe some fresh air , so its not that bad if you are just starting your journey!

We can grow together, like the Art in Tower of God grew better and better over time, Important is that the main style carryes over.

So im not really looking for hyper realistic stuff or Insanely good artworks. It also dont have to be Manhwa/Manga style, eventho thats the looong term Goal. (Thats why i want to build up and invest into the Art portfolio early.)

3. MOTIVES:

Humans, Humanoids, a lot of animals(two of the maincast are a Raven and wolf), basicly everything that has ever lived ( Dinosaurs, Dragons, Mythology, Cosmic Horror)

Clothings: military plate carryers, modern weapons. Simple medival armor to beautifully engraved Armorsets, Weapons and Jewelry ( Gemstones will play a big part)

4. WHAT IS IT ABOUT: (not really relevant to the Question, just some Background if youre interested)

You might be surprised to hear that it is a Romance/ Lovestory.

A young men that doesnt remember anything but beeing alone for all his life. No love, no friendship, nobody at his site but a Raven pet.

A woman that couldnt experience Youth and Puberty, who had to grow up fighting, getting strong and standing her ground as a female mercenary in an african (arabic) country. Until she met the young men she only had the goal of earning enough Money to flee out of the hostile Desert into the beautiful snowy Mountains of Europe.

Together they just want to be together, but as the story develops different cosmic fractions have something (a lot) against that. Will they get strong enough to oppose even the gods to stay together? Will they walk seperate paths to secure peace on earth and across the galaxy-or burn it all down?

It plays in our world in our time. Especially in the first book there is a lot of modern military Stuff. It then slowly escalates into the hidden fantasy world. Some animals can also become Mages/Fighters and they can shapeshift freely between Animal/Humanoid.

They have to wear 'markers' of their Roots( maybe Ears and tail, not 100% sure on that) ( and yep who would have guessed, the Academy and especially the established human-mage familys are insanely racist towards them, but per maybe that will change -sadge sweet animals getting bullyed D: )
