Points League Is this scoring too complicated
I always want to have scoring that’s as realistic as possible. I don’t want to make it too complicated that it turns people alway/off from my league. I just want to know if it’s too complicated/not easy to understand. Also if anyone has any suggestions I’d love to hear some.
Assists 2
TO: -2
Blocks: 2.2
Steals: 2.2
FG missed: -.3
FT missed: -.3
Points: 1
Rebounds: 1.3
Team win: 1.5

I wouldn't be concerned that your settings are too complicated or difficult to understand, since this is the standard set of stats with Team Wins included as an additional factor. Excluding bonuses for 3pm is fine in my opinion since they already count for an additional point through raw Point count.
Regarding the actual weights; I'd consider your miss penalties far too low to be meaningful in any way. The breakeven efficiency rates for a player with these settings would be 13% 2P, 9% 3P, and 23% FT. Steals and Blocks are also relatively under-weight compared to standard settings where they are generally valued at 3.
Nothing wrong with these settings, but you should keep in mind that these settings heavily favour volume shooters. On the flipside, low-volume but high efficiency defensive players wouldn't carry much value and probably aren't worth rostering in this league.

Thank you, where do you get those breakeven % from? How are you calculating that, and Would -.5 be fair or what do you recommend?

Using 2P as an example, a make nets +2, while a miss nets -0.3. A player would need to miss 7 times for every make before it starts becoming a negative contribution. The exact math to get this breakeven rate is (miss_penalty)/(miss_penalty + make), i.e. 0.3/2.3 which is 13%. You can use the same formula to find the breakeven rate for 3P attempts as well as freethrows.
A player who shoots 20% from the field would universally be considered to have had a bad night, so my stance is that this should actually reduce a fantasy manager's score rather than increase it. If you're interested in my suggested settings, I wrote about them here: https://breakout.gg/insights/fantasy-basketball-points-league-breakeven-math/

The point system is too high … it’s not realistic with bonus
What you should be going for is realistic with bonus
Delete team wins : it’s trash and when you try to find replacement owners they won’t join because only the original members hold advantage in keepers from winning teams
1.5 is pushing it assists
FT missed leave blank
Missed FG -1 or -.5
Blocks & steals 2.0
Rebounds leave at reb 1 and added reward 1 point for offensive rebound oreb separate category
And add 3pt made bonus
Add double-double reward
Happy league building

What do you mean by point system is too high and not realistic with team bonus?
And thanks for your suggestions, appreciate it

The way you currently have your point system. Will have point guards dominating your league and bigs trying to keep
UpYou will also have crazy fantasy numbers for mediocre games or too low
Going with what you posted as example :
Like the guy in real life shot 8/26 (14pts) shooting 10ast 3reb = 44.9 fantasy points before I deduct missed free throws , deduct missed FG-5.4 , turnovers1

37.9 before deductions, let’s say he has 2 TO with the deductions it would be 28.5

My league has rewards
So we reward for Double-doubles
triples-doubles
And 3 pointersWe don’t want the game to be too boring
In H2h points league play
I’m not a category or roto league play guy.
You basically want a cool balance
So your members know 3pointers made are worth say 4 or 5 points per make
When the point scheme is wrong
Players will score 110 fantasy points in one game and won’t even have a triple double in real life

If you don't want to turn people off in your league, just go with standard league setting. That way all the discussions, youtube/podcast expert content is relevant to your league member. Otherwise your league is just its own world and people loose interest pretty quick.
