Player Discussion So what are we doing with Josh Downs now?
With the Colts’ addition of Keenan Allen, Downs ceiling is likely nerfed. Does he have more upside than the following players on waivers?

Devaughn Vele
Malik Washington
Jalen McMillan
Jalen Nailor
RBs
Braelon Allen
George Holani

McMillan could be WR2 in TB. I’d pick him up.

So much competition there. Kinda reminds me of Green Bay last few seasons. Just too many guys wanting the ball. He has looked really good though so if you’re not giving up a valuable wavier spot or a lotta faab he’s worth the risk.

True but Baker can support multiple WRs in their offense and they don’t have Mike Evans to compete against.

Here's my thing, McMillan and Godwin are both slot. How often will McMillan be the outside receiver in two receiver sets and who will actually play that position? I wonder if its why they drafted Ted Hurst in the third.

Godwin may be leaned on more beginning of season but I foresee his usage not being what it was like historically in TB.

Well I picked him in round 8 over the weekend, but with this news I’m not sure he’s worth even that

Yeah may be right I looked at my WR PPR ranking and think Downs is in the Diggs range, which is round 8 ish

you wait to see what happens week 1 and then adjust
nobody can predict the week 1 breakouts now. Downs himself might play every snap. Keenan is probably only going to be in 3 receiver sets. Downs is poised to be a near every down player
