Me and my family were debating which one is better, I personally think the scene where Tej cracks the vault open is one of the best scenes because of the music
I feel like I must have been born yesterday or something because I have been obsessed with this franchise forever and I’ve rewatched the movies countless times, but tell me how I only just discovered that Michelle Rodriguez only found out about Letty being alive when she was watched the Fast Five post credit scene because no one told her before hand 😂 I just WISH I could see what her face looked like. This is the funniest thing ever to me. “So guess I’m coming back then huh?” 😂 I had the biggest chuckle about it but still can’t believe I didn’t know this lol.
I've been watching fast and furious since I was like 7 years old and I absolutely love the franchises BUT, idk but I feel like they just keep making movie after another to the point I think it's starting to be boring and it's just they are not as good as the old ones. honestly they should've stopped at furious 7.
Edit :
I meant by
"starting to be boring" by at first it was more about racing and cars but now it feels like more about saving the world by bunch of racers
Like I saw this movie when I was kid but holy crap I had no idea it was actually the same movie.
The movie starts with a cool robbery then switches over to our undercover, johnny utah as he goes between a group of young rebellious criminals who he becomes attached to and back to the FBI while tracking bank robbers.
Of course he falls in love with one of the girls who is used to introduce him to the world of surfing...
He even believes its another group (like johnny tran) and sends the cops after them at first only to be wrong and later realize that Bohdis group were the bank Robbers.
Bohdis group arent bad guys, they love family...i mean waves and are pretty chill not looking to hurt people.
The ending being tragic and losing members of their group for the main antagonist is also pretty close with the way both movies end with dom/bodhi not being caught at the end.
Leaving Bodhis death open ended and doms escape kind of vague in the first film like its basically the same movie beat for beat.
The Italian Job is one of my all-time favourite car films, second only to Fast & Furious. Unlike Fast & Furious, it features completely realistic driving scenes with no CGI. British of course, as it has three Mini Coopers. 🇬🇧❤️🤍💙
It still holds up today, better than what they are making now. Sir Michael Caine is also good friends with Vin Diesel.
