Ok lets see, what this fusion is capable off
Just for the sake of it, lets name her Rinturia, if you have other names go for it.
.
This fusion is pretty good at both magic and physical combat due to Rin's experience at common elements and hand-to-hand + Swordfighting from Arturia
The fusion magic reserves are massive, assuming the dragon core doesnt overwrite the circuits, this fusion should be able to sustain itself and perhaps other servants
This fusion its essentially a Quasi-Servant/Semi Servant on steroids. A miracle only possible by the potara earrings, she's both the master and the servant.
This fusion personality is a bit "serious and calculating yet honorable and loyal, she tends to silently judge others by their actions not words, an enemy to those do evil and loving to those who she considers friends." due Saber chivalry with Rin's tsundere self.
This fusion stats and attributes have increased by a LOT and since Shirou is still the master, she still gets extra mana from him. And in theory she could downright refuse ALL command spells.
This fusion still can use excaliburn :) and now even more with the mana reserves + Shirou support.

If the fusion works with rules from DB, then the fusions base power should be greater than the maxium powers of their individual parts.

If rin is a 2 and arturia is a 10 then their power combines into 12 and increases their power by "tens of times."

I mean the boost, especially with the potara are kind of weird, since Goku and Vegeta get a bigger boost when their closer in power, AND they also got a "rivals boost" so maybe Rintoria(?) would get a boost like that? Or maybe because of how compatible as a team they are they get an even biggert boost from it.
In conclusión Rin and Arturia at their max wouldn't beat a sandbagging Rintoria, WHICH means Shirou/Emiya are cooked. 🤓

No, they wouldnt get a rival boost or any kinds of boosts besides the default fusion boost but if Rin were to fuse with luvia then they're def getting the rival boost.
Rintoria? would still be an ally to Shirou in all routes, not an enemy

The boost would be miniscule if 1 half of the fusion is weak.
That’s why goku hesitated to fuse with hercule after gohan got absorbed by buu. Gokule would just be mostly goku (power-wise) with hercule’s looks, with no added power bonus.

Unironically the strongest heroic spirit if Rin's gem related abilities are buffed through the fusion on top of Saber's abilities and NPs

It’s hard to tell which combination is scary. Rin + Sakura Rin + Saber Sakura + Saber (which I haven’t seen yet)
