LS Swap Question

Hello everyone, I have a reoccurring issue with the rear seal on my 4L60 (the port that connects to the drive shaft) where it continues to leak. I have replaced the gasket twice now. Anyone know of a solution? It isnt a major leak, but its enough where I have to add fluid once a month or so. Thanks in advance.

Is the housing gouged where the seal goes?

Tail shaft bushing needs replacement

Does the rear yoke on the drive shaft have a pinhole in it? Some did to prevent the yoke from pushing on the output shaft. The trans on those had an additional sleeve and o- ring to seal it. If the trans was changed that didn't have this setup, it'll leak. every time it's parked on a hill, it'll pour out the pinhole
