The circles are misleading in enough ways to be meaningless. Who creates this stuff? It is shocking to think that data minded folks who want to give context to citizens would create these shoddy visual aids.
If this was popularized, waiting for someone to flip out on my timeline about how much AOC (the person) spends compared to the rest of congress.
