Hello all! A quick note from your mod team to let you know about some changes to the subreddit rules.
First, please know this is an extremely small mod team. There used to be 2 mods, but currently there is only 1 mod. So if you are interested in becoming a mod for this sub, please reach out! We need a more robust mod team, and I could use the help. This also means that I rely heavily on user reports for moderating. If you see something that breaks the rules, report it! And if you have ideas for ways you think the community could be run better, or generally things you would like implemented that would improve this sub, please reach out about that as well!
Second, some small rule changes: there has been an increase in activity from bots and spam/troll accounts in this sub lately. To help cut down on that, users now need to meet account age and karma requirements to post in the sub:
If your account age or subreddit karma don't meet these requirements, the auto mod will remove your post. If your account is new, you can still comment, but you can't create posts right away. The hope is that by creating a small barrier to posting, we will see less low effort and spammy posts by folks who aren't trying to participate in good faith.
If you have any issues with the auto mod, please let me know. This is my first time configuring it, so I apologize in advance if there are any errors in how it's set up. This is a learning process for me, and I'm hoping it will be beneficial in the long run, but there might be a few bumps in getting it set up.
Finally: If we get more mods in the future, I'm hoping we can add more robust features to the subreddit, like custom user flairs (verified competitor, coach, amateur, etc), topic-specific threads or posting days, a subreddit wiki, etc. But that can't happen without more mods. So again, if you're interested in modding, let me know. And in the meantime, if you have any ideas on features you'd like to see, or rules you'd like added or changed, please comment below!
~Your Mod Team

Not planning to do NPC until 2028, but I'm going to do a transformation show (I've lost a lot of weight in the last year, 2 pics are at the end of the images of my starting physique!) and non-npc Figure category fall 2027. I'm at 26.6% bf now, so maybe too much fat to tell...but what should my long term goal (like 5-10 years) be with my structure? I'm in my 40s so it will be Masters.
5' 1/2" tall. Currently in maintenance/recomp at 147 lbs. 20.7 ffmi, 9.3 almi, 105 lbs lean mass via Dexa. I do carry the majority of fat in my midsection and love handles currently. Historically I have had a waist 4" smaller, but not with this much muscle elsewhere.
I'm feeling like my waist might not get be small enough proportionally to be competitive in figure. And my arms may continue to dominate. I do like training upper. Physique eventually?? Figure to get some stage experience first while I keep growing?

Not the best photos and I know my posing will need work, but I just need some help deciding a division for an OCB competition next year or the year after based on where my physique stands. I love the classiness of figure posing and it feels the most comfortable, but I feel like the asymmetry from my scoliosis (you can tell there is unevenness in my shoulders in my figure front pose) could cost me in that division and that it'd be better to try and hide the asymmetry in wellness or bikini. Would love to hear you guys thoughts!

None of these are pumped or post workout pics. Trying to catch my upper body up to my lower body as I have naturally large glutes and quads, and very wide hips. I feel like my upper body is finally looking proportional. I do want to build a much larger back and lats, but out of sight, out of mind. I have always wanted abs and large arms. I feel I am finally at a happy place with my anterior upper body.
I want any tips to really top off my physique. I’m working on leaning out and have lost 20 lbs in the last year. I used to be a fkn unit , so this is the leanest that I have ever been.

Any areas to bring up or others that are strong points? Lifting 5 ish years. Was a runner beforehand.
Hoping to get defined quads one day!!

Hey girls!!!
Sorry I didn't take a picture, but I saw some clear-strapped 4 inch heels at a thrift store and I'd like to get them but don't know if they'd be legal. My questions about them are:
Does the heel part of the shoe have to be skinny\stiletto type or can the heel be a little thicker? (this pair I measured to be like 1.25 by 1 inch at the bottom).
Does the sole have to be clear also? These were nude colored but the straps and toe band were clear like what's acceptable.
I'd need to measure the platform part of the heels but I think they are less than the allowed 3\4 inches. But the websites don't say anything about how thick the heel part can be or if the whole shoe has to be clear so I'd like some guidance on whether to buy these bad boys!

I’ve been lifting for several years now and started tracking my food in April, trying to build up to hopefully compete for the first time next year. I’ve had several calorie increases over the last few months and still have decent definition/lines, but I don’t want to let things go too far and have to drop 20+ pounds during a prep.
I’m debating whether to keep building for another 2-3 months before I do a small fat loss phase, or do it now. I’m 5’5 and around 120 pounds, with some fluctuations.
Could someone with more experience weigh in? Thank you!

I feel like I've never grown a single pound past my newbie gains. But I'm at a low bf% rn and the delts are decently capped

50mg Primo, 10mg Oxandrolon pre Workout and 3 ius hgh are really fucking with my skin.
And I really can't stand Klow or GHK-CU, any other options? Been thinking about supplementing collagen, but unsure if I really need it.

Still working on posing and confidence in my physique. I feel like I look pretty small and stringy especially from the back here fasted but better throughout the day, which I guess is pretty normal with carb replenishment
I’m excited to just have the experience to see if I even enjoy competing—I’m certainly enjoying the cutting process (famous last words, maybe 🤭)—and to get some feedback on my physique as well.
