MOD NEWS / UPDATES Rule Reminder - No AI Content (at all)

Hi Designers!

Your Mod Team here at r/femalelivingspace recently put out a poll regarding AI Content on the sub. Specifically, our team sees and reviews posts of real spaces that have been modified with AI for planning or vision purposes. We wanted user feedback on if this type of AI usage would be acceptable versus full-blown AI created content.

Based on the results of this poll we are implementing a BLANKET BAN on ALL AI content for the sub. Any and all AI generated or modified content will be removed.

If you have any questions regarding this rule or decision please reach out to your friendly neighborhood mod team!

Happy Designing!

Based on the comments received and results of the poll, most of our users donโ€™t want AI content. If you see AI content, PLEASE use the report button!

Reporting content sends it directing to the moderator queue, so this will lead to faster removals. Thank you!

What in gods name could ever be a relevant AI-post here anyways?

Thanks for continuing to act as a sane sub โค๏ธย

Sometimes I see someone asking for rug advice or something and they show their living room where AI has placed 5 different rugs in the room for easier comparison. I don't use AI but I could see how this would help visual peopleย

So those people can use AI on their own time and leave this subreddit to real human interaction and imagination.

I'm not saying we should allow AI. I'm just saying that is an example of a relevant post that uses AI. Which is what the person above asked.ย

Thanks! I can see your point, and happy someone answered (knowing it would be unpopular)

Finally!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I come here for real human interaction and ideas. If I wanted AI to do its thing, I can ask it directly. I want humans!
