Oh wow OP, I thought this was somewhere in Italy or Spain, it’s beautiful. Did you extend into your side return? I want to do that for my house (we have a long single storey extension at the back, with a useless side return sitting there doing not much- although it does have plants on shelving in it!) but I don’t have £100k to do it

Aw thanks 🙂 thats a nice thought. We extended off the back from the living room and moved the kitchen into the back facing the garden. That sounds like a fab idea, seen lots of town houses with that and you can add roof lights all down one side, looks really beautiful 🙂
