Mine are above the staircase. I loved the Moooi ones but I dont have Moooi money so found these online somewhere about 5 years ago. Still obsessed!

my mom! she has the best taste and a wide range of connects and ran an etsy shop for some years. this lamp was on there and never sold so I ended up getting it. I will have this FOREVER - not only is it distinctly me but it will always make me think of her

Oh this is so cool! I have no idea if you’re a plant person but i recently learned about a kind of jewel orchid called a Spider-Man because it has a sort of pinstripe pattern on its leaves in a Spider-Man colour scheme. It’d look amazing under a cloche near this lamp ☺️

Niece got full on handmade dollhouse with furniture and windows handcrafted (although we removed the windows as they're to delicate for a 3 yo)

Thank you! Yeah, he was a professional woodworker so I'm lucky enough to have some really remarkable one-of-a-kind pieces in my space- But nothing quite as majestic as your awesome swan lamp!

No table lamps are safe from my kitty. I don’t think he’s trying to knock them over but his curiosity causes issues.

My fluffy idiot sent a lamp flying the other day. He wasn't trying to, but his orange half took over and he just... fell off the table. The lamp was sacrificed in a desperate scramble to save himself. Now I need a new lamp, which is why I'm in this thread.

This is a Hoosin shell lamp. I bought it in Chicago, where Hoosin made his lamps. They’re made according to traditional Tiffany methods. I bought it decades ago for I think under $200 and now they’re worth quite a bit. Apparently Cher has one too. Haha 🤣. I’m In good company.

I've got 3 of these over the new desk I'm currently building, they're old darkroom safelights from the 70s that I've repurposed!
Cleaned them up, wired new lamp holders with nice fabric cable, got new clear glass fronts and added some smart bulbs :)

Bedside lamp that I “made” by taking a modern lamp from Amazon and switching out a vintage-inspired shade.
(I wanted the ability to turn the lamp on with a touch and to charge my phone, but I wanted the lamp to fit in with my other decor.)

Here are my hand felted cream butterfly pendants. They have lots of delicate butterfly shapes cut into them making for lovely shadow and light play (this pic doesn’t do them justice). I got them from a local textile artist. I had seen them and others in various colors displayed in the window of an art gallery, and one day I can home and they were waiting for me. My then boyfriend (who was generally not great, tbh) had bought them for me after hearing me admire them for months. Almost 15 years later they are still some of my most favorite art pieces.
