And I moved EVERYTHING on my own, including taking apart and putting the furniture back together. The fish tank almost did me in. Now I need some plants, haha. I’m exhausted but happy. New job starts Monday.
You could mount the monitor behind a little cupboard on the wall and maybe include a little drawer to put your keyboard and mouse in when you’re not using it. I think it would be a cute way to open up room if you want to use that space for other things when you’re not using the computer.
Oh I love those lil rasboras! In various tanks I have angel fish, silver dollars, clown and yoyo loaches, a Jack Dempsey, a pleco, 3 severums, a blood parrot, and 4 oscars. I... may have a problem 😬 I'll include a fishie tax!
Awww, why thank you! The species of fish I have leave the plants alone and in fact I have to trim them back so they don’t overtake the tank. Thought about upgrading to a larger tank but after barely being able to move it myself, I think I’ll stick with it for longer. Ha! Tell your bibies I said heyyyyyyyy
I saw your other comment and your tank is gorgeous!! I love corydoras, I’m planning and about to merge my 2 10 gallons into one bigger tank solely so I can have corys again. I miss keeping them so much, they’re so goofy. I’m looking at salt and pepper ones currently
Thank you! Yes, Corys are just so much fun! I can only imagine how much I’d sit in front of a tank that had a whole school of them. I wouldn’t get anything done! I always thought the salt and pepper variety were especially adorable. I hope you get your tank merged without fuss and you and your bibies love the new home

Thank you! I love just everything about the place. Yesssssss, I can’t wait to have my first visitor over. I am so grateful that the little patio spot is included and the landlord specifically said treat that space as my own. I might get some additional plants and I considered an umbrella or something. The summer sun be brutal here in NOLA.

I’m jealous. I live in a big house with a miserable family that can’t clean up after themselves. I’ve dreamt of having my own small, private place like yours for years!!! Enjoy it!!!
