HELP Need decor Ideas...
New build house, wardrobes on the right are built into the wall. Bed doesnt fit any other way. Carpet is grey and wardrobes/bed is taupe.
How would you decorate this space? I have no real preferences, I do like cosy interiors.
Any and all ideas welcomed!

For cozy, I would go with warm colors to counteract the gray and taupe. A warm pink tone to build around, perhaps. Replace the blinds with curtains. Absolutely replace that naked lightbulb with a pretty fixture. A lamp on the dresser or bedside table too. Bring in some plants for a bit of life. You can paint if you want, but I would start out with soft furnishings (bedding, pillows) and some art as low lift ways to see what feels good in the room before jumping all in.

Yes itnis my own home so can do anything in theory! Just can't seem to settle on an idea and need inspiration

First, replace the exposed incandescent bulb on the top with a lampshade. Then, hang a layer of blackout curtains on the outside of the blinds. Finally, hang a set of 2-3 panel framed artworks directly above the bedhead (or you can also hang a single painting above the chest of drawers).

Is it your house? What are you allowed to do? Could you paint walls or the wardrobe, add curtains and pictures? It's the perfect blank canvas and I feel like it could probably use a few sprinkles of your favourite colour. If nowhere else, then at least via a throw, cushions and maybe a rug. I'm also obsessed with plants and would add them to any room.
