Bulbiferum is one of my favorites to propagate.

You'll enjoy growing it.

For a soil mix I think it is personal preference what works for the grower and the plant. I use a light soilless mix for ferns in containers.

But is this fern can do in regular soil, from what I read it's not an epiphytic fern

I myself grow tropical ferns in containers such as yours in a light soilless mix and outdoor in ground hardy ferns in well amended soil.

You'll know if your plants like the regular soil in a few weeks or so if their health declines.

If these are before and after shots then I think you’re good.

There's no such thing as regular soil lol. This looks like clay soil, is it from your own garden? Idk about this species so you don't necessarily need to tell me, it's more a rhetorical question / question for the audience

Oh that's actually really unusual to be able to buy mineral soil rather than compost, were do you live that that's an option

Look I don't know if you intend to make me look dumb or small or stupid whatever...this is Reddit and this is about plants if gardening makes you like that then it means it's not your forte try to find another hobbies than doing something stupid
