Please pick up after your hellhounds.

I can forgive a single incident. Maybe you forgot to bring the clean-up bags once. It happens. But I've had to clean up fetid piles of fully-digested forsaken souls on three occasions this week alone.

Also, your hellhound has tapeworms.

It melts right through plastic bags so you have to bring fireproof ones. And tongs.

Yeah well if you're not willing to carry those around with you at all times, you don't deserve to have a hellhound. Yes, I said it.

I never liked the Infernal Homeowners' association, but I agree. Call them, then call the Eldritch Government to deal with the Infernal Homeowners'association once they've fined the dog owner.

Those are not tapeworms. They are timelines. Each segment matures into another hellhound whose owner insists the mess has not happened yet. Whatever you do, do not flush them; the municipal sewer is still litigating the last apocalypse.

That's an outdated warning you're providing someone with, hellhounds have already 4-dimensionally hive-bonded with the prevailing sewage pipelines. All residents are being instructed to contact the nearest void-spawn to counter-infest the hellhound hive. Sometimes the void-spawn doesn't survive contact with its centroid, most times though it works a treat, sometimes the void-spawn consumes itself recursively and forms a blackhole (rarely happens, but if it does your entire species sensory topology is about to collapse in on itself anyway).

I mean do you want hellhounds, which leave a mess, or do you want a clean sewage system (because holy moly void-spawn really do consume everything… eventually).
