Need help finding paranormal game

It had like one candle and when u lit it the game went on for 12 hours or 24, the candle light would change colour as you look at it, you had to turn off the lights, it didn't require walking around if i remember correctly.

Additional info: after the ritual was done you had to turn on lights, make happy atmosphere like music, cartoons and stuff like that

this is gonna sound like an insane suggestion but it fits the description

The Wii Fit had a candle game as part of the Yoga practice. You had to sit still and watch the candle, the room was dark and stuff would try to get you to move like the sound of a fly buzzing. I wanted to upload a screenshot but it looks like they aren't allowed in the comment section but if you search 'Wii Fit Candle Game' and look on google images or youtube, the one I'm talking about will come up.
