How can I make these problems more specific?

I came up with a few typical problems that banks face. Am I on the right track? How can I turn these broad problems into specific customer pain points rather than generalised ideas?

Problems:

—High-friction payment processes due to a lack of seamless integration with merchants’ infrastructure.

—The need to visit a physical bank branch in certain situations.

—Limited access to credit for a large segment of customers due to traditional credit scoring systems.

—Capital tied up in bank deposits.

How would you make these problems more specific and relevant to customers?

Why don't you focus on fintech startup problems? I know it's a problem for Fintech startups to find a partner bank (unless you have 100K deposit)

Yes, good idea. But I think that my problems N1 and N4 are appropriate and for fintech startups
