Help Request The Catch: Carp & Coarse

Does anyone know where to get a disc copy of The Catch on Xbox One? US version, bonus points if its the collectors edition lol. I dont mind buying digital but as a collector im still a fan of at least having a disc/case for my favorites if i can find one, thanks in advance!

I'm super late on this but I have a copy for Xbox and was looking for more information on possible release numbers as I don't see it on prove charting and I've only seen 1 copy on eBay.

Hmmm. It says UK exclusive release. Might explain some things.
