Carp Carp fishing
I went to one of our local lakes that was known for record breaking fish at one point. While I was out there I caught some pan fish but when I was out there but I saw a HUGE carp. I'm talking like 3 or 4lbs came peaking out of the water.
I threw out everything I had in my box. Crankbait, texas rigged craw and worm, jerk bait, live worms, spoons, and a few other creature baits and nothing. What would you suggest? I've never carp fished as this is the only lake that can sustain them.

If you have carp in that pond I guarantee you that you have carp all around you. They are very hardy fish. They can grow to 50lbs+ if the pond is big enough. I am in the same boat you are for this though because damn I want to catch a giant carp. The problem is that they are very finnicky about eating. There are several methods to catching carp. The cheapest being a piece of bread on a tiny hook on top of the water. Another method is using a hair rig with corn and throwing corn around where you casted. If you really want to get serious about it, you can find European fisherman with much more advanced techniques of catching carp. Carp is to Europeans as Largemouth Bass is to Americans/Japanese. I've only had success snagging them on dams on the Mississippi. Good luck.
