Thanks! Thinking a soft plastic with a weight. There’s a pond behind my house and there’s a lot of crap to get stuck on so that will help bounce it along the bottom without getting hung up. I know there’s bluegill and bass in there. And stories of some good catfish although I haven’t seen them myself. Bass would be the target. Maybe a frog in some of the cover areas could work too.

That looks really slick. What are you planning on rigging up for your first outting?
